I’ve bought one of the top grain leather edition and several of the less expensive Trutone over board hardback edition of The Psalms for gifts. The leather is very good quality, soft and supple. These are beautiful little psalters that have thick opaque book paper and large readable print, formatted like a nice book of poetry. Each psalm, titled in a beautiful deep red, begins on a new page as separate poems should. The very small verse numbers, printed in deep red, are unobtrusively placed off to the left side. These are a delight for the Christian and a beautiful book of ancient poetry even for a non-believer. This book of Psalms could be said to be another product in the Crossway “readers format” line. Five stars all the way.
