International shipments take about 4-5 days with Fedex and 1-2 weeks with the USPS to arrive. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, (or shipping to an APO) please use Expedited Shipping or your order could take 2-4 weeks.

Sometimes we offer a product before it is released by the publisher. The date of release is provided by the publisher-and is tentative-in other words it often changes. When a customer preorders a product he is charged for the product (since we do not store any financial info. for your security) and the product is shipped to him as soon as it is in our possession.
