I had huge expectations for this Bible and it met all of them and more. This Bible is incredible, period. Size is Perfect! The quality is perfection. The hinge is great, it hold pages open with ease. Even the first page of Genesis lays flat. The cover is very soft and flexible. Bible reads excellent and ghosting is pretty minimal for not being line matched. My only complaint is the ribbons of course but if that’s how Crossway keeps the price down then Iam on board. Ribbons are cheap and most people (myself included) will swap them out anyways. Crossway and Jongbloed deserve a A++ for this one.

Crossway has done it again! Complete attention to detail, best quality materials, possibly my favorite form factor and then Evangelical Bible has to go and completely have awesome prices for these beautiful Bibles. I’m so upset it’s unbelievable…. Okay on a serious note, one word, Perfect. Perfect in every way unless you want a larger font. Thanks Crossway and Evangelical Bible for the absolute best Bibles at a great price.

I love this mid size, flexible , thin Bible. I was blown away with the quality. I normally use Allan bibles and I am so glad I tried this Heirloom thinline bible. ( goatskin)
I was wondering is it possible to get this bible in NKJV?

Everyone has their personal preferences. Mine are a Goatskin Thinline Text only. This was a Bible I had been looking at for some time but passed over because it wasn’t as popular. Big mistake. Here is my run down of other premium bibles I’ve owned with a brief description:1. Omega Thinline- Too long and floppy 2. Schuyler Quentel- Too big 3. Schuyler PSQ- a bit too small for my hands 4. Cambridge Wide Margin- Too wide 5. Cambridge Clarion- Too stumpy
This Bible is perfect in my hands and does not have any clutter inside as far as references. There is no line matching but that doesn’t bother me. The ghosting is minimal and the text is clear. I enjoy double column over single. As you can see each bible owner has their preferences. This is my perfect all purpose bible.

The leather is very pleasurable to hold and feel. The size is absolutely perfect for I do not like big bibles. I am so attracted to the red and gold outline of the paper. When the bible is closed, the sides look Gold as most bibles tend to be, but once it starts separating, it will convert to a beautiful reddish color that I’ve haven’t seen in any other bible that I’ve owned. The flexibility of the leather is up to my standards and I am very pleased. Crossway never disappoints!!!!

This is a wonderful Bible. Everything about it is very well done. The print is dark and easy to read. The art gilt is not as dark as the Allan Bibles but is nicely done. The goatskin is plenty flexible but also feels sturdy enough to last. It really is a beautiful and truly thinline Bible. The ribbons are not up to par, so I replaced them with scarlet ribbons. I probably would have done that anyway though, because I use 4 ribbons in my daily reader. This Bible only comes with two. If you are looking for a high quality thinline that is beautiful and will last a long time, you can’t go wrong here.
