I have both the NASB 95 and ESV versions of the 2nd edition of the MacArthur study Bible. I just received the ESV version today. Both are beautiful and of a very high quality. The layouts seem the same down to the color scheme. The one major difference is in the goatskin covers. The NASB version has a very soft and flexible cover. Oddly, the ESV version has a much stiffer cover with a somewhat rough pebble-like texture. This is not necessarily a bad thing, just much different from the NASB. I acknowledge that it’s self-indulgent, but I’m grateful that I own this excellent study Bible in both the NASB and ESV translations.

Received my new ESV MACARTHUR STUDY BIBLE today. WOW. It is truly an awesome Bible. The quality and value are over the top. A true work of art. Easy to read. Love the updated notes and the ESV has become my favorite. PREMIUM IN EVERY WAY. From a 70 year old preacher man 🙂 .
