Garrett left a great review, and I don’t want to add to that, so take everything he said and I’ll add this:
Wow. Just wow. For the price (and even if it was $50-60 more) the quality of this Bible is absurd. The goatskin is natural grain, soft and great thickness. The paper is fantastic with just hint of shadowing that the line matching all but wipes away. The ribbons are (I think) 3/8ths inch wide, long and vibrant. Possibly the best ribbons I’ve seen outside of an Allan, Schuyler or some rebinds I own.
The font is 10.5 and not to big at all. I’m a younger man (since I’m in my 30’s but not quite 40 :)) but I love the size not just for reading but preaching wise it will be phenomenal. I will say, there is a slight chemical smell to the leather when you first open the box. However, I let mine sit for less than an hour on my bookshelf and when I came back to it, it was almost imperceptible. By later this evening I’m sure it will be gone.
This Bible is my new daily driver and I cannot recommend it enough. We’ve needed a quality NKJV wide margin for a while to rival Cambridge (font is way too small for me, and no spine hubs). To me, unless/until Schuyler releases a NKJV wide margin, this is the clear cut heavyweight champion.

This is my ninth Bible in the Premier Collection (eight of them NKJV). I love Thomas Nelson’s Bibles and it is hard to top the soft leather in this collection. I was looking for a new wide-margin Bible that I could use in study. This Bible exceeded my expectations! It’s text is verse-by-verse format and large print so I can still read it easily while taking notes (the Cambridge I have has much smaller print). I will certainly be using this Bible frequently and it feels as if it can withstand some wear and tear. Also, this Bible arrived much sooner than expected. Kudos to the staff of evangelicalbible.com- you all are top-notch!
