    Outstanding! The is craftsmanship at its finest. Having only read just a few favorite passages, I must say the Full Yap ESV Quentel (FYESVQENT) is joy to read. I was thinking after I ordered this that it would be too bulky/heavy. It’s not. Holding it is absolutely wonderful. The goatskin is like soft and buttery. I’m really excited by the color – imperial blue. It’s blue on the outside cover and blue on the inside cover. That’s how to cover a bible. It has blue ribbons. Perfect. Aaannnd…it has blue under SILVER! How awesome is that?! What’s more, there is silver imprinting on the spine and gilt line. Nope, it’s not gold. Finally, the embossed cross on the front is centered on the book block. (Some Treveris had it centered between the spine and the yapp.)

    The text is amazing to behold. Usually, I like to have red-letter text. I have to say the black letter is good. The almost creamy color makes the text stand out. It’s almost 3-D. The Milo 11 point font is about the best there is. It is so easy on my old, diabetic eyes. Not harp too much, but the blue under silver really enhances the experience while reading.

    Is the box blue with silver printing? (Must be the light.)

    I just got this Bible a few days ago, and man do I love it. The other review says it all, but I’ll just add that this Bible exceeded my already high expectations. I’m just very thankful that Bibles of this high quality exist.

    The risk of buying a premium Bible is that you might not want to read it so that it remains in pristine condition! Of course, that’s preposterous – a Bible made this well is meant to be read for an entire lifetime. It’s my first (and probably last) premium Bible because that’s all the budget I’ve got!

    I probably did a total of about 10+ hours research of premium Bibles before I decided to buy this – I seriously considered Allan and Cambridge bibles as well, even the Crossway premium ones. But I chose Schuyler for many reasons:

    1) the blue under silver lining of the pages

    2) I like the Imperial Blue colour

    3) Coming from a 12 point font large print ESV Bible, this was the largest font I could get in a premium Bible at 11 font. I really like Schuyler’s choice of Milo font which is very bold and stands out, making it very easy to read.

    4) My son touched the pages and said it was so smooth and he’s right

    5) The full yapp also protects the Bible everytime I carry it
    6) While I would’ve liked a verse-by-verse Bible, I wanted poetry to keep to poetry settings

    7) And of course the really soft and bendy goatskin is just so nice to hold.

    I’ll be reading and preaching with this Bible for sure. I absolutely love this, and would say this is a truly beautifully made Bible, and worthy of the words it holds. May God bless you all who continue to read the Word of God – it doesn’t need to be premium – the best Bible is the Bible you read 🙂

    Oh I almost forgot, the staff at Evangelical Bible are SO SO responsive, friendly and helpful. Premium service from a premium Bible producer. How apt! Well done team!
