Charlie (verified owner) –
This is my first premium bible, and am am so very pleased with it!
I placed my order for the “Schuyler Quentel ESV with Apocrypha, Black Goatskin Bible” on the 28th of October and it arrived this morning in Texas (November 1, 2024).
The customer service at Evangelicalbible is very friendly. They answered right away when I called Tuesday morning to check for an updated ETA for the next shipment’s arrival. I had actually Pre-Ordered the copy Monday, but I was kindly informed the shipment had actually just arrived.
Before pre-ordering, I scoured the internet for reviews of the new ESV with Apocrypha edition. I found reports of printing irregularities from the full yapp version that was released earlier this year.

I am very pleased to share that, after a thorough examination, my copy thus far is immaculate. It seems to be absolutely flawless. I can find no printing irregularities anywhere. Specific pages seemed to have issues in multiple copies of the edition released earlier this year. I’ve carefully checked each, and none of the printing errors are present. The print is bold, consistent and beautful on every page. Any issues in the earlier release seem to have been completely resolved.
Schuyler’s reviews are generally exceedingly high. As such I supposed the print issues were a complete fluke, and that it was going to be safe to purchase a copy from this later release. Well done. This is a lovely bible. I will cherish it!
