Spending tonight with what’s quickly become my favourite bible ever, the Crimson Calfskin Schuyler ESV Stridon. There is simply nothing like it. Luxurious in every way. Schuyler has cemented their rightful place as the king of premium bibles with this edition (and many others obviously). And for anyone who may doubt the 28gsm paper used by Schuyler, it’s just as opaque and makes for a beautiful trim size that’s not too thick (unlike the Allan ESV SCR) making it perfect for an everyday carry. Schuyler has seriously raised the bar with this one. To hold this in person is to be left speechless. If you’re on the fence about one, don’t wait too long, they’ll be sold out before you know it. 🔥❤️

This is just sooo beautiful! All the red I’m craving for is in this Bible! This is just me, but the stark red to me reminds me so much of the precious blood of the Lord.

Oh my goodness. This is gorgeous! A work of art. Photos do a real good job showing the color. Leather is so soft. I imagine it will show scratches and wear more so than a textured leather, but that goes with the territory. The layout is so readable and beautiful. Only downer—and this is a biggie—I bought it to give to someone else, so now I don’t have one!!!
