Where do you ship and what are typical shipping times?: We ship worldwide! Most orders ship from our warehouse within 24 hours. Domestic shipments are sent FedEx or USPS. They generally take 2–6 business days to arrive, depending on your location. International shipments take about 4–5 days with FedEx to arrive. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico (or shipping to an APO), please use FedEx expedited shipping or your order could take 2–4 weeks to arrive.
What are typical shipping costs?: Free USPS domestic shipping is available on orders of $75 or more. International shipping costs are figured in real time as you order. For more information, please see our Shipping Rates page.
What forms of payments do you accept?: We accept nearly every credit card, checks, money orders, debit cards and PayPal. If you write a check, please allow for sales tax and shipping costs, as well. For more information and mail order instructions, please see our Payment Methods page.
Can I place an order by telephone?: Of course! You can reach us at 804-379-2081, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. We prefer, however, that you place your order online. It keeps a healthy paper trail, provides email updates on your order etc., and frankly will be a much shorter process for you.
Can I track my order?: You’ll receive a tracking link when your order is processing. It will come from [email protected]. Sometimes these emails go to spam folders, so please check there if you don’t receive one. Please allow FedEx and USPS up to 24 hours to update their online tracking, as well.
What is a “preorder”?: Sometimes we offer a product before it is released by the publisher. The date of release is provided by the publisher—and is tentative—in other words, it often changes. As our system does not save financial information, we take payment when you place your preorder, not when the order ships. You may still make most changes to your preorder almost until we start shipping; however, at some point your preorder will be too far along in processing to make changes. We start shipping preorders as soon as the stock arrives, and you will receive a tracking link when your order is ready to ship.
Do you emboss (imprint) names on Bibles?: We do! Please select “Add Imprinting” on the Bible product page before you add the Bible to your cart. You’ll be able to specify the font, size, and text to imprint.
Where are the pictures of your Bibles?: There are links to photo albums on almost every product page. That is the best most up to date way to view photos of our Bible.
How do I return an item?: Please see our Return Policy page.
Does my Bible have a warranty?: Most high quality Bibles are warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship to the original owner and do not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or abuse. Length of warranty varies by publisher. Please contact us immediately if you have concerns about your Bible.
