I already have the award winning GOATSKIN Edition. But, I am an easy target for high quality Bibles. So when just browsing/windows shopping, not even thinking about buying anything I saw this Special Edition ESV Study Bible!!! That is all it took!
I am USA Retired Citizen, on Social Security, for only income. My cost, delivered to Cambodia was over $400 USD. I thought here I go again, buying Bibles I do not need!!!
So, as always, I prayed. God, am I being foolish? God, told me, “I promised to give you the desires of your heart, if for your good and I bought that Beautiful Bible.
Already delivered to Cambodia in approx. 4-5 days (received yesterday)! There is something very special about this ESV Study Bible I cannot seem to put it down!!!! Even though I have ignored the GOATSKIN ESV, Premire Edition that that I purchased in, I think 2020.

This is the most beautiful Bible I’ve laid my eyes on. It’s truly a work of art! It’s quite big (like all ESV study Bibles), so I don’t recommend carrying it around. Bought it because I wanted a beautiful big Bible for my home, but also because I consider the ESV Study Bible to be one of the best study Bibles out there. This will go down as a classic. I’m very satisfied with everything, especially the choice I made when it comes to the cover. The calfskin is truly beautiful, a little less shiny than it might seem on some of the pictures, but the same coloring – so definitely dependent on lighting. Just good and natural high quality leather… The full yapp makes the Bible seem not “too thick” for some reason… Compared to my regular ESV Study Bible that is…
