U.S. Shipping Options
- USPS Standard Service: Standard service takes approximately 5–8 business days after your order ships. Orders over $75 ship free with this service. All case quantities ship free. Free shipping is only for the U.S. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico (or are shipping to an APO), please use our 2–3 Day Service or your order could take 2–4 weeks to arrive.
- 2–3 Day Express Service: We highly recommend this express option for all shipments. For a small fee you can receive your Bible quickly and safely. We typically use UPS 2nd Day Air for this option but in certain instances we may use FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. We have negotiated affordable rates for fast, reliable, and trackable service.
- 1–2 Day Expedited Service: We also provide an overnight option as a service for customers. We cannot guarantee next day delivery and therefore do not refund charges if the item does not arrive within 24 hours. If an item is defective, we will not be able to provide free Next Day Service for a replacement copy. We typically use UPS Next Day Air for this option. We do not provide Saturday delivery for this service, so orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until Monday.
Note: Orders placed after 1 PM Eastern will ship the following day. Orders placed on a Friday after 1 PM will ship the following Monday. Any orders with imprinting may need an additional week for in-house processing.
International Shipping
EvangelicalBible.com ships Bibles around the globe. We currently use UPS for Canada and FedEx for all other international orders. We have negotiated affordable rates for fast, reliable, and trackable service to all destinations.
Note: International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are assessed upon delivery independent of EvangelicalBible.com.
Package Delivery
All orders are shipped with carrier tracking. Once the carrier’s tracking indicates that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with other members of your household, neighbors, around your property, or with building management, as carriers sometimes leave packages in a nearby secure location.
While we are always glad to assist where we can, please note that carrier tracking serves as the official confirmation of delivery, and we are unable to assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
If you are concerned about package theft, please consider shipping your order to a more secure location such as a workplace, trusted friend or neighbor, or another address where the package can be received in person.
