As a stationery and fountain pen addict – I know a quality journal when I see one. I ordered the ESV PSQ in Saddle Brown and when I saw the Bible, I literally came back and ordered the matching journal. I use this journal exclusively for Sermon notes. There is so much about this journal that stands out! First, the leather is unbelievable (soft like butter). The inside contains an Index and all the pages are numbered. I use the Index for my Sermon Title and then indicate the page numbers so I can easily refer back to that message. It handles fountain pen ink beautifully and just makes the writing experience joyful. I just ordered a second one as this journal tends to sell out and I understand why. It is simple, understated and elegant all wrapped up in one. Schuyler – I implore you to NEVER stop making this journal.

Beautiful journal! The patina that eventually wears and turns to is beautiful, just like the Bibles! Love it! Will definitely be getting a couple more in other colors before they sell out right away, as they always seem too! Don’t sleep on these! God bless!
