This was my first Schuyler. It’s an absolute masterpiece. The Dark Green Goatskin has majestic rustic feel. The natural grain goatskin is unparalleled to anything I’ve seen and I own quite a few premium bibles. But I’ll probably only be buying Schuylers from here on out for the foreseeable future. So that’s a warning. This might end up ruining other bibles for you. The textbook is elegant and classy. The the clarity of the print makes it read like a 10 font. And the size of these personal sized Quentel’s are the ideal size to me. Fits perfectly in the hand and won’t tire it out. The Gold guild and red art gilt are excellent and bold. The two red ribbons are the best I’ve ever seen and I line that they are not excessively long like some of Zondervan’s premiums. Love the Green and Red combination! Seriously, the red calfskin liner takes it to another level aesthetically. I guarantee these are the best CSB available in the world. Also you must go ahead and get the full yapp! If you’ve made it this far in reading this review you should probably just stop and order this CSB! Seriously, what are waiting for?
