I recently added the Schuyler Stridon NKJV in Full Yapp Tuscany Calfskin to my collection, and it has quickly become one of my favorite Bibles.
The Tuscany Calfskin color is rich, warm, and deeply attractive — a classic deep brown with beautiful natural variations and a subtle sheen that looks even better in person. It has a timeless, distinguished look that feels strong and masculine. This color works excellently for a man and would make a great gift for anyone who appreciates premium Bibles.
What really stands out is the build quality. The Tuscany Calfskin is noticeably thicker and more durable than goatskin, giving the Bible a substantial, robust feel while still remaining supple and comfortable to hold. The full Yapp edges offer excellent page protection, and the sewn binding allows it to lie flat beautifully for extended reading. This is my 3rd Bible by Schuyler, I have been looking for the perfect Bible… THIS IS IT!!! NKJV Stridon is hands down the best Bible I have. I was a little hesitant with the color and almost did not get it, but this color looks very impressive in person and I love the fact that it will patina over time with use. If you are on the fence about getting this one… allow me to be the one to say… DO IT YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

This is not my first Schuyler Bible. And yet it is now my favorite!!! I was looking for a fully yapp NKJV to pair with my PSQ ESV… I debated on the Tuscany, fortunate for me. It was one of the few that were left as most of the other strides that I was looking at were out of stock. I almost did not purchase this Bible because I was unsure if I would like the color. And I have 100% regrets! This leather is absolutely stunning in real life! The camera does not do it justice! I love the fact that it will patina with time and my Bible will look different than the others that have been purchased. This is by far the best layout in my opinion. Verse by verse, single line format. The 28 GSM paper is exquisite in the fingers. If you’re on the fence about purchasing it, allow me to be the one to push you to the side that buys.
