The Treveris is a unique new typesetting from Schuyler that seeks to give the Bible reader a format that is free of human commentary, i.e. without subheadings, references, etc., but at the same time remains practical for Bible study. The text itself is free from callers, subheadings, and numbers, but verse and chapter designations are available in the margins, with subheadings in the header.
Aniline Calfskin reveals the life of the animal in the natural grain, exhibiting pores, healed scars, insect bites, scratches, fat wrinkles, etc. Expect perfect imperfections! This beautiful leather will show marks and stains over time and develop a rich patina with use.

When they first previewed the Treveris I wasn’t sure what I thought of it but eventually decided that it looked nice as a reader. After receiving it I can say this is my favorite reader now. The uncluttered layout is perfect. The lack of markings in the text really allows you to focus on the text itself. I was afraid the 10 pt. font would be too small but it seems easier to read than some of the 11 pt. fonts I have seen. Even the red text is very readable, it is just the right shade to provide enough contrast. The Tuscany calfskin is one of those “you must see it in person” things. Nice in the pictures, even better in your hands. The brown under gold art gilt is also a nice change from everything else being red or blue. I debated with myself for a while over whether or not I needed yet another Bible to add to my collection but this was a good choice and I would do it again.

I purchased a Canterbury KJV in marbled mahogany and was completely blown away. The perfect Bible. I should not have come back to your site! I bought the Trevaris KJV in the Tuscany leather and am absolutely amazed. Incredible.
I like to read along while listening to Alexander Scourby and this Bible is wonderful for that. The font is just right and the ‘hybrid reader’ is how a Bible should be. With the internet so full of easy study tools this what you want. This leather is the best, but if you like a different style still get the Trevaris.

WOW. My precious wife bought this for me to celebrate our anniversary.
There are few words I can say, I am almost speechless. I have a PSQ and a PS Canterbury, my wife has a Quentel, and I have lots of friends and family with various Schuyler editions. This is by far the nicest and most unique one I have seen.
The leather is just perfect. I am sure it will elicit strong emotions one way or another, but I love it. It is smooth and thick, and the color is great. I am looking forward to aging with it.
Now for the most important part: this is the best typesetting I have ever seen for the AV. It is ridiculously readable. If you like to enjoy the Word for long stretches of uninterrupted reading, this is the one, period.
I am sure I will have more thoughts in the days ahead, but I wanted to be the first to say: this is the best edition of the AV you can buy on this website.
