Behold the wide margin in all its glory! I am ecstatic to have received my Schuyler NKJV wide margin. It is truly the most beautiful Bible I’ve ever laid hands on. I purchased this because I’m a real note taker and I love writing in my Bible. I’m using a micron 003 pen and Mr Pen crayon-gel highlighters and the bleed through is less visible than any other Bible I’ve marked. The paper is thick and matte, it feels kind of unique compared to “typical” onion skin Bible paper, almost like a more luxurious home printer paper. My biggest uncertainty when purchasing was the red under gold gilding…I don’t like distracting colors and I thought that the red looks too ornate and not my style. But the red is not too bright and I don’t really notice it when reading. My only complaint is that when I received it, the leather cover already had two scratches on the back.
