Thank you for your purchase!

Please inspect your new Bible carefully. If you have any questions about the condition of your Bible, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please refer to our article “Normal Variations in Premium Binding” for additional information.

We aim to make your experience with us a positive one. Please read the instructions below before returning your item.

General Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in resellable condition, including its box (e.g., brand new, no writing, highlighting, scratches, water marks, etc.). Bibles that are returned in less than new condition will be returned to the customer, as customers expect to receive Bibles in new condition from us.

Instructions

  • Please contact us before returning your Bible to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and prepaid return shipping label. (Free return shipping is provided within the US only. Original shipping costs are not refundable.)
  • Include your Packing Slip with a note explaining the reason for your return and whether you prefer a refund or replacement if available. (We’re sorry, we do not provide exchanges for other Bibles.)
  • If your Bible has an obvious defect, and you choose to keep it regardless, you may lose your ability to return it at a later date.

Fees and Special Instructions

  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (unless the Bible is defective).
  • For items ordered in case quantities or shipped directly from the publisher, contact us for special instructions before returning them.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items aren’t returnable unless defective:

  • Personalized Bibles with Imprinting
  • Bibles from our Imperfects/Clearance Department
  • Lectern Bibles

Processing Time

Returns generally take 5–10 business days to process upon receipt, and you’ll receive an email from us when your return is complete.
