My wife got this exquisite Bible for me for Christmas. I love everything about it. I have the ESV study version text. It is easy to hold, easy to read, and beautifully illustrated. In my faith tradition, Lutheran, we want to use a beautiful Bible when reading in public worship services. Doing so is a small clue to the folks in the congregation that what is being read to them is of great value. It is after all the written word of God. I use my Christmas present for that purpose. My thanks to all involved for making this Bible available, and to my bride for getting it for me.
(I also have the same translation in hard cover, which I use when studying —do not want to write in the new one.)

This is one of the finest Bibles that I have ever held. The Desert Camel is a pleasure to touch and a delight to look at. Although it is printed in China, the paper is incredible. I have an ESV Study bible in Deep Brown Cowhide that was printed in the Untied states and I believe that the paper in this current block is better with even sharper printing. Overall I am very pleased with his Bible.
