I bought this exquisite Bible for my 14 year old son after I allowed him to choose whichever Bible he wanted. He especially wanted a premium Bible of a personal size. The blue goat skin of this Cameo is quite dark but still noticeably blue, and the suppleness is beyond compare (I own other Cambridge, Schuyler and Allans Bibles). The font size is very readible, ghosting is only noticeable if you look for it, and the red letter ink is a lovely dark burgandy which is still obviously red but doesn’t distract from the other words. The blue art gilt pages are truly beautiful. It’s a hard Bible to describe in that while it is a small Bible it seems bigger than it is, almost like a weird trick of the eyes. I highly recommend this Bible. Delivery was quick too; once I had placed my order it was at my door on the other side of the world exactly one week later (almost to the hour)!

Portable. Easy to read but takes a little time to get your eyes adjusted to the bold and dark font. Great to carry along due to its size. Also easy to hold the Bible in one hand when it is open – making it a great option if you preach with this Bible. The goatskin is very pliable and flexible, the craftsmanship is excellent. If you looking for a portable option, easy to tuck into your briefcase, or bag, or under the arm, this is the KJV Bible to choose. Its like a mini-Turquoise from Cambridge.
