In Australia it is very expensive and difficult to find quality bibles. I already own a NKJV Quentel in the old format, forrest green which I love reading. After trialling many other publishers. I kept coming back to my NKJV Quentel so I bought a CSB as I wanted an easier to read version.
The black and red combination is stunning! I was immediately and pleasantly surprised at the how thin this edition is compared to the 36GSM but the paper quality and thickness does not feel lacking. The text block is dark and sooo readable. I love the 11 point font as I often read in low light when the family is asleep. This bible is such a blessing, I am overwhelmed. I am so happy that there are people who treat the word of God with such honour and respect. As a society we value so many other possessions but to see Schuyler value the bible to the extent they do to create such a beautiful and timeless printing of it is amazing. I want one in every translation. I wish the culture and appreciation for the Word of God was as cherished in Australia as it is in the USA and other parts of the world. Btw, the shipping was very quick, 4 days international is excellent especially considering the fact that I am in a small country town in the NSW Australia. Buy this bible. First passage I opened to was Isaiah 11, what a treat. God bless all.
