Love Your Bible!
The most precious thing in life is our relationship with the Father. His Words are the very source of our well-being (Ps 1). Whatever motivates us to study His Word is a great investment.
Wearing a sports watch doesn’t make me more athletic, but it motivates to action. Likewise, this Bible is a joy to the eye and a delight to pick up. It’s something I’ll want to bring with me everywhere — around the house and beyond. It’s a Bible to get attached to, to use, and to love. To be inspired to study.
The color is as shown in the pictures: warm, but not too warm, complemented by burgundy ribbons. The smoothness of the paper and the typesetting design make it a true pleasure to read. Craftsmanship is flawless, and the Bible corresponds well with the description.
The leather feels a bit dry to the touch and gives off a slight chemical scent when smelled closely. This is the only minor drawback. I suspect it comes from the treatment used to achieve the “Desert Camel” look. A light application of quality leather balm will most likely help.
