First, the leather..WOW!! This is the most unique leather that I’ve ever had. It took me a few days to come to the conclusion that I absolutely love it. I thought at first it was a little too different but now that I’ve spent several days with it, I can’t put it down. It’s not buttery smooth or overly floppy, it’s kind of rough and dry feeling. It seems as if it’s already got some age on it. The craftsmanship is outstanding, as always with Schuyler. I really like the NLT design and the size, and the font is amazing too. I believe this is my 6th Schuyler bible and they always seem to find their way into someone else’s hands (mainly my wife) but not this one. This one is MINE! Evangelical bible is known for their great service, and this order was no exception. I received this order the next day.
