This is an absolutely wonderful little bible. In my opinion probably the best pocket size bible out there. I own a Cambridge and R.L. Allan bible, both with paste down liners as well. They don’t even compare to the quality of craftsmanship that this Ruby exudes! My Allan Ruby 112 and Cambridge paste down liners separated only after a few hours of reading. Right out of the box I had to test this Ruby to see if the liner was going to fall apart any time soon. I immediately rolled it up! No liner seperation at all. I would go so far as to say that this is even on par with some of the high quality edge lines bibles you can find. The leather is thick but not to thick. It is supple, soft and very flexible. It feels just right in the hand. And if you love the smell of leather this will not disappoint .The font is small but easily readable and larger than you would find in other pockets that have column references. Way worth more than the $33 that evangelicalbible are selling them for if you ask me. I will only be purchasing Trinitarian Bibles from now on.

My honest opinion. I have an Allan Bible and a Cambridge Bible, so I know what a nice Bible looks like and feels. I wasn’t expecting this TBS Bible to come close to those Bibles, but I did expect it to be better than what I got. This royal ruby edition doesn’t come close to what I was expecting. It feels cheap to me. I should have bought a small LCBP Bible. I sorry for such a bad review, but this is my honest opinion of this Bible.

A really small Bible…..but WELL-MADE!!……really small print, but readable if you’ve got 20:20 vision (In comparison, the Allan Ruby that I received in the same shipment has much better readability!!)……cover is stiff but not as stiff as the TBS Family Bible……two ribbons………Excellent quality but not a luxury bible.
