This is a beautiful little Bible, perfect for personal size. I have two of these, one in the green goatskin, one in the blue, and also like to give them for gifts when I can manage to afford. Cambridge’s goatskin is top of the line, very soft and supple, fully as nice as R L Allan or Schuyler. The green color is dark and rich with red under gold gilt and three beautiful ribbons, two darker and one lighter green. The Bible opens flat out of the box and the 1614-page 7.83″ x 5.55″ x 1.57″ size is ideal for easily holding open in one hand, and the flexible leather melts into your hand. The Bible is leather edge lined, no gilt around the edging but it is very well done with stitching around the perimeter of the cover. The 8 pt typeface is small but very clear and easy to read, and even the small print on the center references is very clear and easy to read. It is a red-letter edition which I always like, and comes with concordance and color maps, everything you need in a small portable Bible that is a pleasure to handle and read. Well done, Cambridge!

A MUST HAVE!! I was looking for my first KJV premium leather bible and I’m so glad I chose those one. I love that it’s personal size so I take it with me everywhere. I bought the green goatskin and it’s the perfect shade. I appreciate the 3 ribbons to make it easier to find my readings. The best thing about this Bible is the text block. It brings a nostalgic feel to the word of God and I love reading it! Don’t wait m, buy this Bible before it’s gone!

Awesome Bible. It has a really nice dark green cover with black inner REAL LEATHER liner. The cover feels less pebbly than the normal black goatskin. It feels more like the goatskin of my Schuyler Canterbury. It’s one of my favorite feeling covers actually. The paper is amazing. The best paper in a bible IMHO. I love the opacity and smooth feel to it. It feels elegant and tough at the same time. I love the font too. It is really classic and easy on the eyes. It definitely gives you a 1920’s feel.
This Bible feels very premium for being so compact and portable. I love using it. Between this and the Concord, these are the Bibles I always want to pick up and use. Highly recommend.
