Beautiful bibles, awesome dark ink contrast on paper, easy to read, I only with words of Christ in red letter. I know not all scholars agree 100% on all words that should or should not be red lettered, but 98% are able to be sorted out. It just makes it easier for me to know when Jesus is speaking.

I just received my copy of the Sapphire Blue NLT and what a beautiful Bible!!!! Yes, the Scripture is what’s most important but the physical Bible itself is just stunning! You can tell when you hold it you are holding the finest quality there is in a Bible. This is a Bible that I’ll have the rest of my life. The cover is soft and flexible and in a beautiful blue, good quality paper with good print size. This is my fourth Schuyler Bible (not my last) and second NLT (I purchased the purple NLT earlier) and they continue excellence in Bible publishing.

This Schuyler Quentel NLT Sapphire Blue Calfskin Bible far exceeded my expectations. Absolutely gorgeous Bible on the inside and out. I had never purchased a Schuyler calfskin Bible and was a little hesitant to pull the trigger on this one. This Bible screams premium and both the color and the feel of the calfskin blew me away from the second I pulled it out of the box. The sapphire blue isn’t going to be for everyone, but if you have grown tired of your normal blacks and browns and want a Bible with great eye appeal and uniqueness this is the one to get. I ordered a Schuyler ESV Stridon in the Tuscany calfskin with this one and can say that I much prefer the look/feel of the sapphire blue over the Tuscany.

Thank you! Absolutely love the Sapphire Blue! Really enjoying this Bible. It pairs well with my Cambridge Blue NLT Pitt Minion. Nicely bound. Font very readable and printed consistently throughout. Microns underline well – really nice paper. I bought the Black Pearl Full Yapp as well. I like them both, but this is my favorite of the two NLT Bibles. Thank you for shipping with care.

I agree with the previous review and also don’t care for the YAPP (unlike the photo) style cover either. I thought about returning it but, I guess I’ll have to get used to it.

I received my Schuyler Quentel NLT Sapphire Blue Calfskin Bible today and I love the Sapphire Blue color. However, I am a bit disappointed.overall. The Calfskin leather is very smooth and has a rubbery feel to it. . It does not feel luxurious in my hand like my Tuscany and Black Pearl Calfskin Schuyler Bibles I own. The blue under gold art gilt pages are bit pale blue (not as deep blue as my other Schuyler Bibles). I prefer the 11 pt Milo font but the 10 pt is very readable, Overall this Bible just does not have the premium feel or look that I have become accustomed to with Schuyler Bibles.
