The Treveris is a unique typesetting from Schuyler that seeks to give the Bible reader a format that is free of human commentary, i.e. without subheadings, references, etc., but at the same time remains practical for Bible study. The text itself is free from callers, subheadings, and numbers, but verse and chapter designations are available in the margins, with subheadings in the header.

I absolutely love this Bible! It is the perfect size, highlights the text through its formatting , and the little details like drop caps and full yapp make it a real treasure. I am reading through this Bible next. Another win for Schuyler. What will they think of next?

Great size and text block and layout, love the full yapp goatskin. I would have given it 5 stars, but there was an issue with the top head bubbling and the footband has a loose thread.

Absolutely love my new imperial blue Treveris. The all blue color scheme is awesome! I also love the pebbly feel of the goatskin. I really appreciate that Schulyer presents the Word of God as exactly that, the sacred text God gave us to know himself.

I absolutely love this Bible! This is my third “premium” Bible, and my favorite so far. Very nice leather, but what sets this apart in my opinion is the text block. The verses are in the margin for finding your spot, but very easy to ignore if you are immersed in the reading. The drop caps and art gilded edge make for a beautiful presentation.
Also, the issue on the spine brought up by others is nonexistent on the one I received. Not sure if I just got lucky or if they have since solved this problem.

I have several high-end bibles – Allen, Cambridge, Crossway Omega. This is now my favorite. The goatskin is soft and thick. It’s my first with full-yapp and I now understand the draw to it. The blue/gold art gilding is perfect. But, it’s the text block that I really like. The reader style with the verses to the side works well. There are a few places, mostly in Paul’s letters, where the verse break might be ambiguous, but that’s not really a big deal. Overall, I am very happy with this bible.
(I still can’t find the supposed defect on the discounted ones. Don’t let that sway your decision to purchase).

Just a wonderful bible. The color scheme is exceptional. The type and design is incredibly effective for a recliner bible reading session.
Read the reviews online and look at the U-Tube reviews if you need to. This form factor for reading is absolutely perfect in my mind. The Imperial Blue is just beautiful. You won’t go wrong with this bible or with this color scheme.

This Bible is gorgeous! It’s my first ever premium Bible that I’ve ever owned, and it’s worth every penny. I wasn’t sure what to expect with a full app. It is difficult to hold because of that, but laying it down on a desk or table makes it a joy to read.
The blue is very nice, it is dark and smooth to the touch and supple. The drop caps are thing to behold themselves, they add so much to the reading experience and, combined with the single-column format, feels like reading a normal book. This makes it so much easier and less distracting without all the numbers and references for just reading through scripture. I wish every Bible I owned was formatted like this. Somehow the scripture feels easier to understand this way, maybe because it’s easier to focus.
I would recommend this to anyone.
