1. Where is my order?
Our shipping speed is truly one of the best. Normally your order will ship within 24 hours of purchase. Since we don’t have a million different items, we keep everything in stock. Once your item is mailed you can expect an approximate 5-8 business day transit. Keep in mind that this is a “business day” transit. If you order an item “Priority” you can expect a 2-3 business day transit. Experience has taught us that shipments take longer when an item is ordered during the peak season, such as 2 weeks before Christmas. Experience has also taught us that it is highly unlikely that your item is lost. After 1000’s of orders the statistical probability that your order is lost is negligible. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico please use "Expedited Service" or your package could take many weeks.
1. Can I talk with someone on the phone?
Yes you can. We prefer orders to be processed online, but if you are adverse to the 'internet' or can not find the information you're looking for we enjoy speaking to our customers. 804.379.2081 (11AM-4PM EST).
2. Can I track my order?
You should receive a tracking link once your item is shipped. You simply click on the link to track your package. It may take 24 hours for it to appear. We do not have any more info. than what appears on the link.
3a. What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay with your Credit/Debit Card (virtually any Credit Card). You can pay with Paypal. If you prefer not to pay online, you can email us your order and we will return your call and process the order manually. You can also send a check or money order to:

4a. How much will my shipping cost be & How long will shipping take ?
We have a whole page devoted to Payment and Shipping. In most cases shipping takes 4-6 business days. If you live in a rural community shipping may be longer. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. International shipping depends on the destination. U.K., Australia, NZ, and Europe in general takes about 1-2 weeks. All case quantities carry free shipping. All orders over 75.00 carry free shipping (In USA)
4b. What is a "PREORDER?"
Sometimes we offer a product before it is released by the publisher. The date of release is provided by the publisher-and is tentative-in other words it often changes. When a customer preorders a product he is charged for the product (since we do not store any financial info. for your security) and the product is shipped to him as soon as it is in our possession. In some cases it will be shipped directly from the publisher.
5. How secure is evangelicalbible.com (for making payments)?
Our payments are processed by the most secure gateway available. Second, evangelicalbible.com does not store credit card info. on our database.
6. Do you emboss (imprint) names on the Bibles?
