Wow! I received this Bible a few days ago and am once again thrilled. It is my fifth Schuyler, to gift, and the embossing was done perfectly. I have this exact Bible in ESV and have had fun comparing the two. The ESV copy has more natural grain variation with obvious wrinkles, etc, while this NASB is very uniform. The ESV is slightly shinier and the NASB is very matte looking. The NASB copy is even more supple and lies even flatter than my ESV.

Beautiful purple colourway! Very appropriate, subtle, and just gorgeous in every way.:). Thank you Schuyler and Evangelical Bible!!!! Especially Beth for her untiring answers to my many questions.

So, I just received my PSQ a few moments ago and I am in LOVE!!!! I love this bible so much!!! It’s everything I have been looking for and so much more!!! I love the dark purple, it’s absolutely beautiful. The 8.5 point font is a whole lot easier to read than I had originally thought, which is great. The paper is soft, the leather is soft but not too soft, which is nice for anyone who takes their bible on the go. It’s the perfect size…wow!! If you can afford a Schuyler, I highly recommend you get one, you won’t be sorry you did.

Of course I love this Bible and will not be returning it. Having said that, the dark purple translates into mostly like chocolate brown. I like it better than light brown at least. In the right lighting you can finally see a tinge of purple. It’s still gorgeous but I do wish the purple was more evident as with the purple journal.
    Kind Regards
